Rooms by DSS is our growing collection of room-based residences across Central Jakarta.
Each location is designed around the same core principles: clean rooms, good access, and respect for personal space. Privacy is not an upgrade. It’s a standard. That’s why all Rooms by DSS units include private bathrooms.
Some locations are women-only. Others are suitable for mixed tenants, couples, or friends. Each location is clearly labeled so expectations are set from the beginning.
