Founder’s Notes
When I first began acquiring land in the 1970s, there was no grand plan to build a property portfolio.
I believed that main roads mattered. They meant movement, access, and relevance that would last beyond trends.
Over time, people came to us because they understood how we thought about land and location. Trust, more than strategy, shaped what Dharma Sakti Sentosa has become.
Today, we see ourselves as caretakers of properties with history, preparing them for their next chapter. Cities change. Needs change.
But good locations, chosen with patience, continue to matter.
